1. Kopacka Gallery specializes in:
• historical, vintage, and collectible furniture,
• 20th-century design objects,
• restored and unrestored original pieces.
2. The interested party acknowledges that:
• most items are pre-owned and historical,
• signs of age, patina, and minor imperfections are an inherent part of the item’s character,
• each item is unique.
3. Descriptions and photographs reflect the actual condition to the best of the seller’s knowledge; however, slight variations may occur (color tones, material texture).
1. Prices stated on the website are indicative only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. The final price is always confirmed individually.
3. Invoicing is carried out by Kopacka Gallery s.r.o. based on the agreed terms.
4. Payment terms are agreed individually (bank transfer, deposit, payment prior to shipment, etc.).
1. Transport is not part of the website offering and is arranged individually.
2. For large, fragile, or valuable items, transport may be:
• arranged via a specialized carrier,
